1. Products must always be returned in their original box and container and can only be refunded if they are unused and in new condition and returned within 30 days of your receipt of the order, unless a specific situation applies, as described in this policy. Please note that DRIMYS Cosmetics always reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any refund request, and if so, to issue a full or partial refund.
2. If you notice that the products (the products themselves, not their box or delivery packaging) are damaged and/or that there are errors in the order you received (e.g., a missing product), please notify us by email at drimys.cosmetics@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving the order. To expedite your request, please include your order confirmation number. In such a case, DRIMYS may require that you email photos of the products received. DRIMYS requires that you return the products within the following timeframes: 30 business days or less following receipt of the order in the case of error(s) in the order or 30 business days or less following receipt of the order in the case of damaged products. Products must be unused and in new condition, or in the case of damaged products, in the same condition they were in when you received them. After receiving and inspecting the returned products, DRIMYS will determine whether your refund request is accepted in whole or in part. If accepted, we will proceed as described in Section 2 above. DRIMYS may then decide whether or not to cover the delivery costs for the returned products.

DRIMYS Cosmetics offers free shipping across Canada and France. Unless a promotion is in effect, shipping is generally free, provided the following conditions are met:

Shipping Destinations: Minimum Order Amount (before taxes and after discounts, if applicable)
Canada and Quebec: $10 or more
France: $50 or more

For orders with a total amount below the minimum amounts stipulated above, delivery charges may vary depending on the order and will appear on the screen before you confirm your order. During the order process and before you confirm your order, the total price of your order will be shown on the screen, which includes taxes as well as delivery and handling charges, if applicable. You should always check the applicable charges in your shopping cart before finalizing your order.

Our preferred delivery carrier is Canada Post. Standard delivery times are 2 to 10 business days, and the exact delivery time will depend on your location. You can choose expedited delivery, which typically delivers within 2 business days. In this case, additional fees will apply. Please note that we do not accept delivery to PO boxes.

Please note that when a promotion applies, this promotion is generally of limited duration and may end at any time, within the limits permitted by applicable laws.
